Multiple 316SS conductivity sensors are available. Our boiler sensors are designed for operating conditions u p to 200C and 250 psig. For general use applications both ¾” NPT and ½” NPT model are available. For high pressure applications our HP series will handle pressures up to 300 psig at 100C.

Boiler Conductivity Sensors 316 SS Construction

Sensorex boiler conductivity sensors use 3/4" male NPT threads. Both the body and the measuring pin are constructed of 316 stainless steel. They feature a special thermally resistant PEEK insert and high temperature "O" rings. Two models are available and each model may be ordered with or without ATC elements depending upon your application requirements. The CS675HT and CS675HTTC feature a 1" insertion depth beyond the 3/4" MNPT threads. The models CS676HT and CS675HTTC provide 3" insertion depth past the 3/4" MNPT threads. All boiler probes are supplied with 6" Teflon coated leads for Junction Box connection and extension. Cell K value of 1.0 is standard. Longer cable lengths can be supplied at additional cost.

General Use 316 SS 3/4" and 1/2" Sensors

Models CS675, CS676, and CS650 are designed for general use conductivity measurements. The CS675 and CS676 features 3/4" MNPT threads and the CS650 incorporates 1/2" MNPT threads. Pins and body are 316-SS construction. Standard cell K values are 0.1, 1.0, and 10 for CS675 and CS676. CS650 is available in k = 0.1 and 1.0 only.

High Pressure Conductivity 316 SS 3/4" & 1/2"

Models CS675HP, CS676HP, and CS650HP are designed to withstand upto 300 psig. The CS675HP and CS676HP features 3/4" MNPT threads and the CS650HP incorporates 1/2" MNPT threads. Pins and body are 316-SS construction. Standard cell K values are 0.1, 1.0, and 10 for CS675HP and CS676HO. CS650HP is available in k = 0.1 and 1.0 only.
