Cashco's heat actuated thermal trip valves are designed to automatically actuate the valve plug from a fully open to a fully closed position whenever the externally located fusible link is directly exposed to ambient temperature levels in excess of the link’s melting point.

The Cashco Model 988-MB is a variation of the basicCashco Model 988 globe-style control valve that in corpo rates a metallic bellows stem seal. The purpose of the design is to maximize the reduction of fugitive emissions of hazardous fluids in the chemical industry from one of the most common sources – conventional control valve stem packing.

The Model 989 is a globe-style, pneumatic control valve designed primarily for general and chemical service. The valve's body/trim materials are available in WCB/316L SST or CF3M/316L SST constructions.

Standard trim is metal seated design giving Class IV shutoff. Optional composition seat design gives Class VI shutoff. Available in body sizes 1" thru 2" (DN25–DN50) with flanged end connections.

The Premier EZO is an elastomer lined concentric butterfly control valve with a pneumatic spring-diaphragm actuator. The unique design feature of the Premier EZO is the geometrically formed elastomer liner that reduces seating and unseating torque levels, allowing E Z-er Opening, reducing annoying “pop-off” at opening. An alternate design – Premier Unlined – is a seatless design that allows the disc 360 degree rotation, that has no elastomer liner and can be applied in higher temperature services where shutoff is not critical.

The Model 988 is a globe-style, pneumatic control valve designed primarily for general and chemical service. The valve's body/trim materials are available in WCB/316L SST, CF3M/316LSST, or CW-12MW/Hast. Constructions. Standard trim is metal seated design giving Class IV shutoff. Optional composition seat design gives Class VI shutoff. Available in body sizes 3/4" thru 2" (DN20–DN50). End connections available are NPT, socketweld or flanged.

The Model 987 is a compact, economical, sliding stem, globe-style control valve designed primarily for general or chemical service. Use of investment body casting consolidates both carbon steel and stainless steel applications into the standard 316LSST (CF3M) material. The valve body and trim material is also available in Hastelloy Construction. Standard trim is metal seated design giving Class IV shutoff. Optional composition seat design gives Class VI shutoff. Available in body sizes 1/2" thru 1" (DN15–DN25). End connections available: NPT, extended pipe nipples, flanged or flangeless.

The Ranger QCT is a control valve with a pneumatic spring-diaphragm actuator. It can be supplied with either a flanged or flangeless body style. This rotary design provides excellent service life in a wide range of applications. Its most unique design feature centers around its Quick Change Trim – QCT. This concept provides front access to the valve body, allowing use of various lo-noise inserts, abrasion sleeve or alternate frontendseal retainers. Also, combinations of these features can be utilized to meet specific application needs.

The Cashco Model 521 is a sliding stem, globe style, bellows sealed, pneumatically actuated control valve designed to provide superior long-term performance and maximum corrosion resistance in pure chemical service. The design allows for all wetted internal parts to be machined from a solid block of isostatically compacted, virgin TFE, thus ensuring maximum density and the lowest possible permeability.

An additional design benefit is that the wall thickness integrity is ensured as a result of the TFE body being internally machined after it is secured in a cast 304 SST body shell, thus preventing distortion problems related to the plastic stability of TFE. There is simply no better design or materials available when consideration is given to corrosion resistance and thermal stability.

The Model SCV-S is a throttling, pneumatically actuated control valve. This design provides a geometrically characterized plug for superior throttling dynamics, plus the unit's ease of cleanability and maintenance meet the requirements of sanitary control valves.

This unique design provides a geometrically characterized plug for superior throttling dynamics, plus the unit’s ease of cleanability and maintenance meet the requirements of sanitary control valves. The design incorporates a formed internal diaphragm that is bonded to a characterized metal plug. The diaphragm/body provides the smooth internal passages necessary for ease in cleaning and sanitizing. The plug head provides rigidity to the otherwise flexible diaphragm in the throttling zone where characterized control is desired.

 

The Model 2296 / 2296HF is an inexpensive stainless steel or bronze globe-style, control valve for plant utility and process applications. It is available with multiple characteristics. Model 2296 - Sizes include 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2" and 2" (DN 15, 20, 25, 40 and 50). Model 2296HF - Sizes 1-1/2" and 2" (DN40 and 50). Cast Bronze material only.

The Model 964 is a globe-style, pneumatic control valve for general plant utility services. The design in corporates characterized trim for most pressure, temperature, level or flow applications. Standard metal seat design gives Class IV shutoff; also available in TFE soft seat design for Class VI shutoff. Available in sizes 1/2" thru 2" (DN 15 thru DN 50).
