The Model 31-N is a compact service regulator designed expressly for use in the process industry where gas needs to be controlled down to the Inches - W.C.(mm H2O) range. Body is available in cast carbon steel or stain less steel materials only. Interior wetted trims for corrosive applications is standard. Design is nonrelieving.
The Model 1000HP is a high capacity, high pressure regulator used to control downstream pressure between 10 and 300 psig (0.69 and 20.7 Barg). Available in sizes from1/2" thru 2" (DN15 thru DN50).
The unique internals design allows use in a multitude of applications, including process fluids, that normal pressure reducing regulators cannot match. The most versatile selfcontained, pressure reducing regulator available to users.
Model 1000HP-1+6 is a single-diaphragm differential construction. Model 1000HP-1+8 is a double-diaphragm differential construction. A double-diaphragm design prevents the fluid passing through the body from mixing into the loading fluid pressurizing the spring chamber in the event of a diaphragm failure. The design takes advantage of all the features of the basic 1000HP reducing regulator; see Technical Bulletin 1000HP-BASIC-TB. The availability of optional construction and body and trim materials is limited to those indicated In the Technical Bulletin.
The Model 1000LP is a high capacity, low pressure regullator used to control downstream pressure between 1 and 30 psig (.07 and 2.1 Barg). Sizes are from 1/2" through 1" (DN15 through DN25). The 1000LP is the low pressure version of the Cashco 1000HP reducing regulator. The designs are essentially equal, except that the 1000LP has a larger diaphragm area which is required for the lower operating pressures.

The Model 5300P is a 316L SST self-contained pressure reducing air regulator designed for gaseous service including sour gas and other corrosive gases. The unit is capable of controlling outlet pressure between 0-150 psig (.0-10.0 Barg) with a maximum inlet pressure of 290 psig (20 Barg).
Models 8310HP-1+6 and 8310HP-1+8 are differential reducing regulators used to maintain a relatively constant pressure differential between the fluid loading pressure –PLoad, and the valve’s outlet pressure – P2, with P2 pressure higher than PLoad pressure. Model 8310HP-1+6 is a single-diaphragm differential construction. Model 8310HP-1+8 is a double-diaphragm differential construction. The Models 8310LP and 8310HP are high capacity, self-contained pressure reducing regulators with a double-seat design. These units are utilized to control outlet (down stream) pressure between 1 – 200 psig (.07 – 13.8 Barg). Available in two outlet pressure designs; the Low Pressure, LP design has larger diaphragm for reduced pressures up to 30 psig (2.07 Barg), and the High Pressure design has a smaller diaphragm for reduced pressures up to 200 psig (13.8 Barg).
The Model D is Cashco’s primary general service, self contained, pressure reducing regulator. Unit handles inlet pressures up to 400 psig (27.6 Barg) and outlet pressures from 2-250 psig (.14-17.2 Barg) in multiple spring ranges. Model D is utilized for the majority of industrial pressure reducing applications.
