The Model DA2 is a differential reducing regulator used to maintain a constant pressure differential between a fluid loading pressure (PLOAD) piped to the spring chamber and the regulator's outlet pressure (P2). In the Model DA2 the P2 pressure is higher than the PLOAD (Positive Bias).
The Model DA1 is a high performance, spring operated, flow-to-open pressure reducing regulator with internal pressure balancing piston-cylinder that provides high flow capacity and high pressure drop capability. Internal trim design allows the same basic unit to cover a broad range of pressure settings. Performance approaches that of competitive pilot-operated designs in the basic construction. Applied primarily in clean gaseous or liquid services. Truly a “DO-ALL” pres sure regulator.
Model DA0 is a pilot-operated steam reducing regulator with a piston design. The internal pressure balanced plug/piston provides high flow capacity and moderate pressure drop capability. Applied as a steam service valve only. Maximum operating steam pressure is 250 psig (17.2 Barg) at 406°F (208°C).
ModeL DA4 is high performance, pressure loaded diaphragm type, flow-to-open pressure reducing regulator. Design includes an internal pressure balancing piston-cylinder that provides high flow capacity and high pressure drop capability. The internal trim design allows the same basic unit to cover a broad range of pressure settings. Performance meets or exceeds that of competitive pressure loaded or pilot-operated designs. The DA4 regulator is applied primarily in clean gaseous service, but may also be applied as a liquid or steam valve. Truly a “DO-ALL” pressure regulator.
Model DAP is a high performance, piston-style, pressure reducing regulator with balanced trim. Primarily applied in high outlet pressure applications.
NOTE: Must be applied where the fluids are the same in topworks and main valve. Can only be applied in clean gas or liquid service. May be pressure-loaded or pilot-operated.
